Doesnt properly display friend list to show if online or not. Imagine having a 2 step verification, changing your number, then trying to sign back in. backup codes are on a destroyed device, then it's impossible getting in contact with Playstation. terrible customer service, they avoid you on purpose by hiding contact information. 19 people found this review helpful The app is getting worse and worse. It used to be good and have potential to be useful but now it's just a trash. How do we see PS plus game catalogue now??? Apart from the free monthly 3 games, the rest of temporary catalogue can't even be found now. We only have a bunch of game view 'recent added'. Can't find any way to see the full catalogue like before when you click on PS plus logo!!! It was really useful to see what game to download from the app directly instead of using the console!! 4 people found this review helpful It's okay. Nothing much. Just a neat way to check your account and such. My problem lie in the way they took away being able to get Wallet funds in exchange for points. Since this has happened, I have had no need for these points whatsoever. Disappointed. edit: okay, so now apparently, DRM has been put in, making it so that digital purchases need to be activated within thirty days to be playable. guess this is why they did the tos thing where you can't sign in unless you agreed to it. 2 people found this review helpful See all reviews • This update includes fixes and performance improvements.
