This has been occurring for months. It does not happen on the desktop app. I am on the verge of deleting the mobile app and moving on. 3 people found this review helpful Only good for collecting points for rewards. Trying to be part of the community and commenting on news articles results in "session expired, sign in to comment" Doesn't matter what I do it just goes around in circles back to sign in. I've removed cache, data, even the app and reinstalled. Just the same saying I'm not signed in when I clearly am as it's collecting points that I've redeemed many times for amazon vouchers. Very frustrating. Tend to use Google for news now. 4 people found this review helpful won't let me comment on any article, tells me "session expired, sign back in." or whatever. However i am singed in already, when I press my profile which takes me to the MSN (Microsoft page) it shows me signed out. I try to sign in, but just a constant loop. Never had this issue. on the comments, can see my profile pic, showing im signed in but wont let me. fix this issue. no troubleshoot steps you see or expect to do dont work.
