The only complaint that I have is that the new update made the process of editing contacts harder. Before when you need an more fields, there was a button you could click that would bring up all of the other field types at once, and if you needed an additional field for something you could press a button to add it. Now, when you need more fields, you have to select them, there is no button that opens them all at once anymore. 1,984 people found this review helpful I used to be able to access my contacts list through a button in the phone app. I hated when this was removed. Now I have to open the in-app menu in order to find the link to open my contacts list - an extra step and unintuitively hidden away. Lately I can't find contacts that I'm looking for as the order they are listed by has been changed to first name, even though I have last name selected in the settings. I can't believe that Google would mess around with such fundamental phone functionality 10 people found this review helpful Recent updates to this app, including Calling Cards, has definitely moved this app in the right direction. However, one of my biggest complaints is the inconsistency of the caller ID name over the calling card photo. When I position a photo perfectly so that the ID and numbers don't block a face, all that work becomes irrelevant because when the call is in progress, the ID and numbers move and block important parts of the image.
