Especially when booking during holidays season. I made a reservation at restaurant in advance, got a confirmation. Of course the fee was charged! We arrived at restaurant, they said - ohh, we are sorry, fully booked. They didn't even try to help or find at which side a problem occured. Platform fee is quite high for each booking. Too many restaurants require preorder and credit card info to lock you in. There are no distances provided to your location so without cross checking the map, difficult to know how far you have to travel.
